US Open 2010 Recap

Hi guys! Welcome to the last Grand Slam of the season, US Open.
This tournament starts on September 30 until October 12, 2010.
So, maybe we can celebrate Idul Fitri with this tournament.
And maybe supporters and players forgiving each other, as the tradition of the festival.
Let's see the qualifying and Main Draw recaps!

Qualifying Recaps
This day is full of qualifying round. From Men's Singles Qualifying Round to Women's Singles Qualifying Round. Also, before this, the US National Play-offs held to determine who received Wild Card. 5 days of qualifying tournament held before the Main Draw starts. Some of the match at the starter day of qualifiers suspended, maybe because rain. But the biggest surprise is the men's number one seed Marsel Ilhan eliminated from the competition defeated by Bernard Tomic 0-6, 6-2, 6-3. This is the surprising score that we have for! Main Draw Days
Main Draw Day 1
Welcome to the first day of Main Draw! We are seeing more surprise in this day. And some big match see in this day, too. All seeds advanced and some of seeds eliminated from the competition, especially from the Preliminaries. Maybe some people confused because some big match available in this day. Yes! Main Draw Day 2
Day 2 is coming! The nations derby is available because Serbian Big Derby, Viktor Troicki vs Novak Djokovic. After the tight match, Novak Djokovic wins the tight match. But surprisingly, Marcos Baghdatis, Nadia Petrova, are eliminated. Also, this is the start of Doubles category, excluded Mixed Doubles. Also surprise in Men's Doubles, when defending champion Lukas Dlouhy/Leander Paes eliminated. The big match, Marcelo Melo/Bruno Soares vs Frantisek Cermak/Michal Mertinak who won by Melo/Soares. Main Draw Day 3
Here is it! Main Draw Day 3 is coming! This time, some big matches and surprises coming, as Jie Zheng who seeded 21 at Women's Main Draw defeated by unseeded Former Number 1 Ana Ivanovic. The score is so easy to predict, 63 60. Wow! Also, big US Derby as Sam Querrey defeats Bradley Klahn, the match is so overtight. Seeds eliminated at this day: Tomas Berdych (defeated by Michael Llodra), Alisa Kleybanova (defeated by Sara Errani), Tsvetana Pironkova (defeated by Mandy Minella), Ivan Ljubicic (defeated by Ryan Harrison), Marion Bartoli (defeated by Virginie Razzano - Big French Derby), also some seeds at Doubles. Main Draw Day 4
We're focus back to US Open after taking some rest. Yes, this day is the Main Draw Day 4. The match looks interesting this time, surprise is coming more exciting! More surprise are available as recent US rising star, Beatrice Capra, defeats seeded 18 Aravane Rezai. Also, Richard Gasquet defeats seeded 6 Nikolay Davydenko. All seeds go through until the next round, also except Agnieszka Radwanska who defeated by Shuai Peng. This is the surprising moment, as seeded 11 Marin Cilic defeated by unseeded Kei Nishikori, but in the tight five set. So, the surprise mode this time is on. Main Draw Day 5
Welcome to the Main Draw Day 5! In this day, the duel of the seeded players begin. Because the Women's Singles Category has go through to the third round, that makes the duel. Also a surprise at the doubles when we see Alisa Kleybanova/Ekaterina Makarova who seeded 11 at the moment, eliminated by Polona Hercog/Petra Martic, the match is making tight 3 sets. But then, the Derby still underway as the Spanish derby, Nicolas Almagro vs Guillermo Garcia-Lopez, in progress. The match is going tight and Almagro wins the match. But it's so easy match because Kevin Anderson/Victor Hanescu chose to walk out. Why? Something wrong? Injuries? Who knows the reason? But this is the more exciting moment as US favorite Beatrice Capra defeated by 14-seeded Maria Sharapova for just 6-0, 6-0. So, just 12 games! Main Draw Day 7
Welcome to the Main Draw Day 7! Think that this day is the first Sunday of 2010 US Open Main Draw. We have exciting moment this time, think that's all unforgettable. No thrilling (overtight, like Isner vs Mahut at 2010 Wimbledon, longest too, making all records) matches this time, but the tight match is available. Surprise mode is also on. And wow, Stanislas Wawrinka who seeded 25 defeated Andy Murray who seeded 4 at the moment. And this day is the start of Juniors' category, but that's in Singles. First surprise at Juniors' as Saisai Zheng who seeded 12 defeated by unseeded Sachia Vickery. Main Draw Day 8
Day and day we're surviving together. Yes, here is the Main Draw Day 8. In this day, more surprise are coming. Especially for singles cat
egory, that sometimes unpredictable (lol!). Also, from this day, we're seeing more seeds duel, from the third round on to the fourth round. The match is going more tight because that duel. We're seeing more surprise as seeded-31 Kaia Kanepi defeated Yanina Wickmayer who seeded-15. Also the duel seen at the doubles match. Maybe this is the start of Juniors' Doubles category, but there is not Juniors' Mixed Doubles. Here is it! The Main Draw Day 9 is coming! So many surprise that we found here. From the Main categories, until Juniors' category. Unforgettable then! Seeds duel still in progress, but the tighter mode is on. Example, 25-seeded Stanislas Wawrinka beats 20-seeded Sam Querrey. Surprisingly, unseeded Caroline Garcia defeated 7-seeded Kristyna Pliskova at the Girls' Singles category. Also, more surprise is coming at the Doubles, all doubles category, until the Duel of the Seeds, at Women's and Men's Doubles, also the Mixed Doubles. Will the defending champions gets the way? Main Draw Day 10
Yeah! The Main Draw Day 10 of this year's US Open is coming! Unforgettable moments here, especially unforgettable surprise. Here is the surprise! The Duel of the Seeds at 2010 US Open is more exciting. Robin Soderling beaten by Roger Federer (but this is a tough surprise! the duel of the seeds still in progress!). But, long long long long and unseeded is may be more popular to win the match. We can see the future of the Grand Slam then. Wooow !!!!!! Back to the surprise. Main Draw Day 11
Here is it! The Main Draw Day 11 starts. We are seeing more surprise this time and don't forget this. Eid Mubarak "Eve" (in that time "takbir" was shout by all before the 1st day of Syawal starts). Here is it! Main Draw Day 12! In this day, Muslims celebrated Eid Mubarak. So, Happy Eid Mubarak, guys (who celebrated!). Minal Aidin Wal Faizin, Forgive Us our Fault (think that so!) - in this day Muslims celebrate their wins (after fasting about 30 days!). Back to the US Open. The match is more tighter than usual, and The Duel of Seeds still in progress. Surprisingly, at Women's Singles Wheelchair category, unseeded Daniela di Toro defeated seeded-2 Sharon Walraven. Hi, guys! Here is the Main Draw Day 13! 1 more day left on to the Closing Ceremony of US Open 2010. Unforgettable moments here, unforgettable surprise also here. And the history is, Rafael Nadal advanced to the Grand Final of US Open for the first time, after beating Mikhail Youzhny for 3 sets (62 63 64 wow!). Will Nadal beats Novak Djokovic (who beats Roger Federer, no ideal Grand Finals this time) at the Grand Final? Let's see. But we're see more Semifinals and Grand Finals in this day.
